To climb the tower, go up the first four flights of stairs to the ticket desk. The way is clearly marked with signs in multiple languages, including English. Mositure problem.

Location is great, in the heart of city. But apartment entrence is too bad, dark and smells pee. Room is decorated well but beds are not so comfortable. And main problem is humudity. Apartment smells full of moisture and never goes. It was the worst thing.

Couldn't get in

When we got to the address, it was just an empty hallway full of trash. When we tried to contact the owner they didn't pick up the phone. It all seemed like a scam. We had to find another hotel.

Terrible accommodation with amazing location

Feels like a dirty burdel. Place was not clean. Shower and sink were not working properly. Host lady arrived late (1hour) and the inadvertently requested deposit was 2 times the amount of all the nights of accommodation!!!! The only good thing is the location, at Rynok Square.
