"Our room was exceptionally clean. The breakfast staff were awesome. The breakfast was great, and the atmosphere was cute and quaint. We loved our entire stay here. It was a good jumping off point for our excursions. There might be slightly better locations, but this was perfect for us."

"Wow such a stunning location right on lake Luzern. We had lakefront room with balcony. Beautiful location about 15 minutes drive outside of downtown Luzern. It was too cold to use the pool but they have a nice relaxing wellness center with sauna. They have an outdoor hot tub but apparently you had to reserve in advance (which was not explained when we made reservation) so unfortunately we were not able to use. Le personnel accueillant et souriant, nous avons le droit a une carte pour tous les transports gratuits avec les horaires du funiculaire et bus a l'arrivée n'oubliez pas de redemander si vous n'avez pas eu le mail ! "Great position on the Lake with easy access into Luzern, CHF4 each way. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with standalone Aircon which proved useful during our visit. Be aware most room do not have an unrestricted view of the lake due to a property in front of the hotel. Breakfast is taken across the road at the old hotel, but is good. The restaurant is in the same location across the road and we had a reasonable meal there. There is also a good Brazilian restaurant nearby. Be aware...
