"Problems with air conditioning in one room and didn't realize it had no window but gave us fan to remedy situation. Breakfast was simple but very good. Location great across hospital a little loud but dies down around 9. Staff are great thank you DA and ANNA and sorry don’t know other workers name. Stored luggage for us when we went on trips. Highly recommend!"

Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und das Personal war fantastisch. Sie haben im Voraus einen Flughafentransfer für uns organisiert, was unsere Ankunft noch einfacher und komfortabler machte. "The hotel is beautiful and in a great location. But what stands out is Mai and all the staff in the hotel and I mean everyone of the staff. From the moment you get out of the taxi, until you leave the hotel, you are treated like their only guest. The patience the staff have with certain customers is incredible. The spa below the hotel in an oasis of calm in the centre of Hanoi. Lovely breakfast and rooms are immaculate. Stay here and you will never forget it."
