"Great parking. Great location, right next to the highway that gets you downtown and out of the city. If you like Tim Horton's it's right next door but you won't need it because the breakfast is wonderful! Nepresso coffee including lattes, iced macchiattos as well as expressos on demand. The staff member serving the breakfast was amazing. She is so efficient and friendly too! Would recommend this property. Great value."

"I truly appreciate the fact that while other hotels increase their rates during the spring/summer season, Future Inn keeps their rates affordable! Great staff, always clean and comfortable facilities, the restaurant that serves delicious food! It is the ONLY place we stay at when we come to Halifax! Thank you!"

The Dockside Inn & Restaurant

"The Dockside has a perfect location but it needs renovations. There was a light out in our bathroom and different types of light bulbs in the fixture. Showers were unpredictable as the water temperature kept fluctuating between warm and cold. There are no privacy signs for the rooms and a staff person entered our room without permission. Breakfast in the restaurant was mediocre at best."

"Amazing cabins, whoever designed and decorated these units did an excellent job! The furniture, the bed and the bathroom are tastefully done. The cabin is super clean and included, coffee and water bottles. I highly recommend Black Forest Cabins, didn’t want to leave to go to my next destination."
