There's no receptionist when we arrive, we have to wait for at least 30 min and it happen to be only one worker originally from Bangladesh to do all the general work from a to z including reception. The room is a bit stiff because no window, the bed is itchy and even worse there is no wifi at all.

semasa pendaftaran saya lambat check in. semasa check in jam 04.30 petang warga Nepal di meja pendaftaran menyuruh saya datang semula jam 7 petang bagi urusan check in. Saya telah argue kenapa saya perlu datang kemudian? Saya telah bayar... Staff tidak faham dan salah bagi kunci bilik.. saya telah bayar bagi 3 orang x 2 bilik. tapi telah diberi 3 orang + 2 orang x 2 bilik

This hotel does not have a reservation system when the guest is booked online. They do not know that guests book a hotel through any company eg Agoda or Trivago. If the hotel does not provide a better online system, it's better for them just manage their orders manually, phone, or walk-in only. There is no wifi as promised.

Pro: Close to Lumut Waterfront and jetty to Pangkor Island. The environment is quiet. Cons: The furniture and apparatus are old, tv set is extremely small. The washroom basin is not so clean. They only provide a few parking space.

BED SHEETS AND BLANKETS ARE A LITTLE OLD LOOKING CLEAR TV RECEPTION EVEN THOUGH CAN WATCH ONLY 3 CHANNELS WATER HEATER IS WORKING 1 BAD THING - SMALL FRIDGE IS BROKEN BUT THEY DIDNT TAKE IT OUT OF THE ROOM. I ACCIDENTALLY OPEN IT AND THE AROMA SPREAD IN THE ROOM.

Old, but strategically bold located

Honestly, the room is just average for the price you're paying. Not much to expect, but the air-conditioner are great, very cold and good for summer holidays! However, it is a walk-up three storeys hotel, so for those with knee problems - it's kinda a little bit an issue, except you straps those problematic knees =)
