較舊的設備但服務很好Older equipment but great service!

整體來說是滿意的。雖然設備較舊，但在寒冷的天氣有足夠的熱水，特別是沒有適合停車位時櫃檯主管的幫忙，服務品質彌補了硬體設備的不足，謝謝您讓我們家有一個美好的回憶。Overall, we were satisfied. Although the equipment is old, there is still enough hot water in cold weather. Especially, there is no suitable parking space for the kindly help of the counter manager. The quality of service makes up for the lack of hardware equipment. Thank you for having a good memory for us.

Problem in booking: We have 2 adults and 1 12 years old child during booking, which is uneventful. During check-in, they did not allow our child in their double room reserved, because she exceeds 140cm, which was not mentioned during booking. The staff only asked us to upgrade to 4-people room with extra money. They did not look into why such booking allowed. Eventually we showed our booking to be 3 people and allow us for check-in, but they did not count our daughter in their included breakfast, which need extra charge. As a whole they did not look into problem but shift the burden of mis-arrangement to the customers. The unsecured wifi also not working on day 1 (interrupted every minute) and the staff only offer us a LAN cable for wired connection. Somehow the wifi is ok on day 2 of our stay.

ディナーの気になる事

ゴージャスな雰囲気なホテル 3階の部屋ですが隣の喋る声が聞こえるくらい遮音性が良くない気がします。 夕食はコース料理で前菜から美味しかったのですが出てくる量はとっても食べきれなくて困りました…勿体無いではないかと思います。周りを見る限りほとんどの方が残してら感じなので，改善すべきだと思います。

盥洗時發現使用熱水時會有蠻大的異響，通知櫃台來檢查後，確實有異常，檢查人員告知之前內部反應過此間客房存在異常問題，不知為何還會安排房客入住。 櫃台後續通知換房，服務人員過程中也沒有主動協助搬運行李，或表示可以協助的地方。 該區域高級住宿選擇有限，溪頭米堤也是首選之一，但這樣的房務與內部管控，實際體驗之後，個人並不推薦。

適合家族旅遊

兩天一夜的宿泊享受了山泉水泳池戲水、冷暖湯消除一身疲勞、還有夜間大廳的現場演奏，舒適的房間提供一夜好眠，隔天一早還有豐盛早餐填飽肚皮。是個適合家族旅遊安頓一家老小的度假飯店。 特別謝謝值班的吳經理暖心提供及時雨般的協助，讓整個行程能圓滿結束。 一行老小共八人都感受了很好的住宿體驗。
