"The only complaint we had with air-conditioner it would not run all night long so when it goes off and on off and on you wake up. The only complaint about cleanliness our floors had quite a bit of sand on floor. barefoot wasn't poosible walking on towels in bathroom. we didn't bring any in."

"Hotel pool was not operational even though on line they stated it was working. When I checked in I was told I did not have a double queen room and was told I could get two separate rooms even though I am traveling with a 10 year old and 13 year old. TV was not working. Called downstairs to get help and no one came. Went down stairs 30 minutes later and then someone followed me up. Overall I wish I could get my money back. I will not be staying at a Hampton inn again."

"Our room was clean and service was offered each day. No breakfast available nor are pets allowed. Property could use some upgrades but overall we were satisfied. Staff was very helpful in accommodating my need for 1st floor. Pool was heated and very clean. Hot tub was indeed hot."

"Our room was really nice. A king-sized bed, two armchairs and hassock, a nice table and two chairs for eating. We loved the pool-house with the hot tub - very relaxing - especially since the weather was gray and drizzling for two of the days. Access to the pool house was a hallway, so didn't have to go outdoors to get there. It's an older motel that has been remodeled and they did a nice job. We would stay there again if we went to Ludington."
