I had an amazing stay at the hotel, thanks to the delicious food and excellent room service. Sandeep's culinary skills and presentation were outstanding and surpassed those of other top hotels I've stayed at in Ludhiana. In fact, his food was so good that I decided to extend my stay for another night. I also want to commend Vijay, Narinjan, and Sukhwinder for their highly professional and competent service in catering to all my room requirements and for going above and beyond their duty!

Nothing special in Park Plaza. Rooms are way old and tiny compare to other near by Hotels. Food is way expensive. I would never recommend Park Plaza to anyone. It might be good for meetings downstairs but nothing special if you are staying eith them.

I used to stay at the park plaza a few years ago on regularly on many visits. Then stopped staying there due to lousy service. Then someone said they have improved when they stayed there in April, so i thought i would give it a try instead of the Hyatt. Totally regret it as the service has not improved at all. First, we turn up to our room and there was twin beds instead of a king size bed. Secondly I had to chase up towels as there was only for enough single occupancy. 3rdly had to order flip flops, again only one pair was in the room. 4. Came in late on Saturday night from a wedding ceremony. Ordered some water, coffee and toilet paper!! No one turned up. 5. Sometimes there was no shower gel left or body cream regardless of used with empties still in the room. Lighting in the room did not work adequately. The hotel is a lot more convenient for my stay which I visit 3 to 4 times a year But I really can't see myself staying there in future 😕

Stayed for one night for business trip, Although cleanliness was ok the hotel seems very dated, booked room with club lounge facility included which found to have next to no facility as would normally be expected, snacks where at a minimum and more surprisingly drinks limited to two per visitor this is the first time ever experienced this so in my experience the lounge facility was very disappointing

Staff and food in restaurant top quality. Cleanness of room disgusting blood on sheets, floor dirty,windows & mirrors not clean bathroom not in good condition. Gym, sauna, sream room good but in the pool there was kids swimming lessons in the evenings for non residents.

Dated rooms and not cleaned or sanitized at all. I checked in and after 45 mins left the hotel and move elsewhere. I could not have my family stay there. I stayed here ten years ago and its was a different class then. No way a 5 star and shoudl be avoided.

Good location
When you are in India forget about normal western life as India has it own chaotic rule. Hotel was a sanctuary for me it was highly recommend and I was not disappointed. Sandeep served excellent coffee on the first morning and we knew at least hotel will be heaven. If only the hotel could arrange tickets on train that would life easier. I would give 4 out 5 without hesitation.

Rooms not ready dispite confirmation of early check in, bed sheets not changed from previous guests as found hairs on pillows etc, food in restaurant poor and service atrocious, food arrives piece mail and Luke warm. I would not recommend to anyone looking for a 4/5 star experience

This was my first trip to India and I had a terrible experience with this hotel. I re confirmed the hotel twice prior to my arrival at the airport. They were two hours late for the pickup. I resorted to asking a complete stranger to use their phone to contact the hotel. The driver arrived with no sign indicating they were there for my pickup. Horrible customer service from both their transportation services and hotel staff. Didn't have any issues with other hotels I stayed at during my trip. Do not recommend this place and will not be going back.

The hotel has gone down badly to say the least! About 8-10 years ago it was a good hotel to stay in. It was my second stay with-in 2 years, and it’s getting worse every time. The cafeteria staff are trying very hard to keep the guests happy, but can’t say the same about the management. They are rude and lack customer service. I stayed here in Oct 2016 for 4 nights with my wife and my son, we booked 2 rooms, after 2 days stay a duty manager asked me to pay my bill (as I had already spent a lot of money on food and drink) he said it was a hotel policy to ask for money as soon as the it get to a certain amount on my account! This time noticed, the rooms were not cleaned, the glasses and cups in our room had dirty grease on them. Came back unexpectedly to my room one day, and noticed a room cleaner washing cups and glasses in bathroom wash basin and drying with a dirty hand towel. The bathrooms are dirty and smelly, rusting in places, the sealant silicon is black with dirt. Overall, not a good place to stay, certainly NON a 5 star. I would say it is more like a 3 star at the max

Bad hotel windows dont open, air condicon not work
Disgusting hotel, would not even give it one star. The air conditioning was switched off in the rooms. Rooms had a view of a terrace covered with pigeon dropping. Dead files trapped begin windows. Complicated 3 way shower, no bath tub. Shower area got swamped as drainage was inadequate. Loud music from wedding hall downstairs meant could not catch a wink of sleep in the night. Avoid like the plague.
