"The room smelled bad, causing me to have breathing issues. The bathroom was not the cleanest. The front desk staff at night were rude, and did not follow up with two noise complaints that I called about. I will never stay here again!!"

"We moved to this hotel last minute because another one in the area had mold issues. There were a lot of things we appreciated about this hotel. The front desk lady was very friendly. We loved the hot coffee and lemon water in the lobby at all hours. The breakfast was delicious and liked the hours. My kids used tbe pool and enjoyed it. The location was great. We walked across the street to the mall one night."

"Check-in was good, that was the last nice thing. Our first room was dirty. We had to leave and come back later for a room to be made available for us. We arrived around 5:30 PM. Second room had one bed that the sheets had obviously not been changed bc there were makeup smears all over. The floors have been so badly cared for that they’re warped and they squeak loudly whenever we walked around. Shower was crazy, the head sprayed water everywhere no matter what we did. "This is a fairly new property (at least it looked that way), the lobby, room, and grounds were all clean and very well maintained. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and helpful! We slept well and enjoyed the breakfast, which included scrambled eggs, sausage, waffles, cereal, fruit and yogurt (included in the room price)! Checkout was a breeze too. We would definitely recommend this property, and would stay there again!"

"Beds were soft. Hallways were clean. You can hear EVERYTHING going on outside and around your room. There was some kind of sports thing going on during my stay and the hotel was full of kids. They spent a lot of time running up and down the halls and roughhousing in the rooms around me. Not much sleep on this trip."

"The floors were so clean, the staff was very helpful. The location was ideal for us. The rooms were smaller than we are used to. But we adjusted. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The pool area was nice, but pool plaster could be redone. The self laundry was convenient, but should be able to take a credit card. Would be nice if there was a little beverage/candy/sundries shop near the front desk. The daily afternoon cookies were a nice touch!"
