"The hotel and rooms were great. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub! Only thing you should add would be tea in the rooms."

"When we arrived, the hallway smelled heavily of ammonia or a cat box. It caught us all off guard. Then upon entering our room, it was stronger inside the room. We went to Fred Meyer and got some air fresheners. It was late and I had a tournament the next morning. The breakfast was mediocre but edible. I’ve stayed there before and the room before smelled like wet dog. I feel as if the rooms aren’t being cleaned properly after animals stay. "

"Friendly welcoming staff! During our stay in late March they were doing interior painting in some areas but it did not impact our stay. Our room was clean and well maintained. "

"The stay was absolutely terrible. I have a heart condition and they wanted to put me on the second floor with no elevator. I could barely make it from my truck to the doors without being out of breath plus my luggage and traveling alone. The lady was nice enough to find me a room on the floor, however that room was questionable at best. The bathtub had a giant crack on the side of it. The bottom of it had clearly already been repaired once and not very well, I was concerned about even taking a shower, cause it felt like I was gonna fall through it. The pool and hot tub were out of commission because of a leak in the roof so I couldn’t even use those amenities. Ihad no cable TV the entire two days I was here even after I said something to the front desk not to mention they were working on the hallways at 12:30 at night to 230 in the morning, scraping plaster or whatever doing drywall for hours so I got no rest. I asked for a late checkout they said 1130 was the latest but when I looked online, it gave me the option to do noon or 1 o’clock if I wanted to pay extra for the 1 o’clock, they tried coming in my room several times between 11 and 1130 and then five minutes to noon they tried it again 100% do not recommend the only good thing about this place was the lady that works at night."

"It is a poorly maintained, tired building. It is in a good albeit noisy area. The staff did their job which really does not require interaction. It's a room that was warm and dry. Not more."
