"We decided years ago this is our favorite hotel in the city. The location is simply ideal for walking to shopping, many restaurants, departure points for cable cars, tour buses, and boat tours! "The breakfast was great. Everything else was just ok. It was the most expensive place we rated on our 30 day vacation but the place was showing age and the quilt should was terribly matted worn out and I insisted that it be removed. It was close to the train station. Bar not much."

"The room was very nice and clean, the staff were very helpful and actually allowed me to keep my bag there until my flight was ready and after check out.
The Rooftop bar on the other hand was lacking variety, I tried to order a midori sour which they didn’t have, then tried a Malibu and pineapple juice, no Malibu. Ordered a Tom Collin’s and it was horrible. Other than that food was good and service was great.
Definitely stay again."

"So, there are three Hyatt's in San Francisco. My reservation was for the Hyatt Regency San Francisco, at Embarcadero Center. There is also a Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport, and Hyatt SOMA. I asked if there was a hotel shuttle from the airport, for Hyatt Regency San Francisco, and was told yes. Apparently, the airport shuttle only goes to Hyatt Regency San Francisco Airport. So, it took me south not north. When I asked how to get to Hyatt Regency San Francisco, at Embarcadero, they said...
