Avoid this property!!!
We had a bad experience here about six or eight months ago, but wanted to give them another chance. Very bad idea! Bathroom wasn't cleaned - dirty towels from prior guests and hairs all over the sink. Room stank of stale cigs and bad deodorizer. Loud party started at 2AM next door - finally insisted on a new room. The AC in the new room clanked like it was falling off the wall - finally turned it off. Roaches crawling in bathroom and kitchen. And again, someone else's hairs in sink. Found out a new management company took over in January. No better than last one! The only other time I've every asked for a refund on a room was about 30 years ago. I am working with Expedia to get one now. It was that bad. No sleep, and worried one of their roaches hitched a ride home with us.

This newly renovated property was so nice! I thought I was at a condo with the two bedroom suite! It had two bedrooms, a living room, and kitchen. The kitchen had a big fridge and was stocked with dishes like a condo would be. It really reminded me of the Wyndham resorts I stay at with my timeshare! I highly recommend this place. Oh and breakfast was great (sausage, waffles, bagels, muffins, and more).

This hotel has several problems. (1) The staff wasn't willing to let us in a half hour before check-in, even though other people right after us, before check-in, were able to check in. (2) The breakfast was really poor quality. We even heard the check-in clerk at the time telling another worker that she couldn't wait to get another job. (3) Housecleaning tried to bust our door down without a single knock to clean at 9 AM. They almost busted the latch that was on our side of the door. They ignored the do not disturb sign on the door. Worse, about 45 minutes later, a second person knocked and asked to houseclean. At least, they knocked. Must of 'heard' me talking to the last person. (4) The heater/AC did not work. You either froze or sweated to death, constantly on. (5) When we were allowed to check-in they told us all they had were first floor vacancy which was apparently a lie, since later that night, there were only 3-4 cars in the parking lot. (6) They had no bar soap available to wash your hands. Even at the desk, they had none available. They told us to use dish soap. A good hotel would have found an empty room and got some. But, hey the toilet worked and we had toilet paper. But, we were not impressed with the service, the hotel, or the room. Suggest you don't go there, until something improves in their management. The owners of Marriott wouldn't be impressed with this location if they went thru what we went through.

I booked this property back in February for graduation weekend. I made 5 reservations for this property. The beginning of the month I needed to make a change to one of the reservations and left several messages. My daughter lives in Lubbock and find out the property was closed for renovations. It would have been a total disaster if we had arrived to lodging on Friday. A family of 16 individuals with no place to stay. I did not receive any calls or information that the property was closed until further noticed. I left message with regional office and still no communication. Very disappointed.

Horrible stay
I room was not cleaned. There was trash in the kitchen and bathroom trash can that had not been cleaned from before and there was hair on the towel ( long black ) and hair on the bed sheets. No coffee cups and no sugar so I had to go to the front desk area to get these items. Will never stay at this location again and would like a refund.

Leftover food?
The room had a small kitchen, which still included the leftover food from previous guests. The bathroom had cleanliness issues, including mold in each corner of the shower… stains on the wall and doorframe. I felt the bed itself was clean. When I would have complained on property, another guest was already there yelling at the poor front desk clerk about needing another room, since the first 2 they had were dirty. I was checking out the next day, so not worth standing in line to complain.
The staff that I did interact with at the front desk were both very nice

This place is a dump. It’s so dirty - we had to shower there because we were heading to an event but didn’t sleep there it was so gross. I took pictures and sent them to Marriott. They should not let a property like this represent their name. We always stay at Marriott but since we have not heard anything back from them we may start staying at Hilton’s.

The hotel did not have sheets for the sofas.
We rented two rooms and found that the sofas were in bad conditions. We called management to ask for sheets for the sofas and were told they did not have any.
Not a pleasant experience at all.
We had rain and water came in the room. Never found out where it was coming from.

This property is filthy and in poor repair. The property manager didn't seem to care that her rooms weren't clean and that it took over 3 hours past check in time for us to get a room. They also changed our reservation without consent, so we were downgraded from a suite just to a regular double bed room. This place used to be beautiful, but it is trash now.

The room was not in good shape the bed was broken there was mold in the shower there were stains on the couch carpet and curtains the pull out was disgusting. The exit door was Broken and the broken handle was used to prop the exit door open. Frankly it was disgusting

First, i was given the wrong room. I had to pay $40 extra for the correct room. In the new room, the floors were really dirty, no toilet paper, no silver ware, dirty pans and glasses, one of the beds had a big stain on the sheet. The walls, doors and cabinets were brown with hand smudges and the livingroom furniture had tears and stains. Carpet was not vacuumed and dishwasher had old smelly food all in the bottom. In the laundry room, i had to ruin the only working dryer 3 times and it still didn't dry the small load of clothes i washed. Very disappointed in my stay!

Still waiting.
Did not get to stay as the credit card machine didn't work. Hotel wanted written copy of my credit card number to keep at from desk. I prepaid for 2 nights and asked if I could come back in morning to give credit card number. They said I could not and I said I wasnt writing it down for everyone to see. Hotel then refused me service. Still waiting on credit card refund from Hotels.com.
