Staff was great and the room was nicely appointed, but it was badly infested with roaches. We were too afraid the roaches would crawl into our luggage that everything stayed in the car, and my teenager elected to sleep in the car also.

It smelled like smoke, despite wanting non smoking. The sheets had footprints on them. Noisy location. Night front desk staff seemed distracted/disinterested. Was approached immediately by someone either wanting money or to sell us something. The morning staff was helpful and kind though.

If ONLY the room was as good as the young man working the desk! He was friendly, efficient and helpful. The room was like the set for a true crime video. I don’t think the sheets of pillow cases had been changed. After 8 hrs of driving the last thing a person wants to do is kill roaches. The property is filthy and rundown- padlocked rooms that had been kicked in.Kind of scary in fact and I’ve stayed at A LOT of hotels. You guys should close and fix or condemn. “ Not ideal” is the understatement of the year! You should’ve paid ME to stay there. Disgusting.

This is my first time staying at this Motel 6 in several years. In the past, I always found it to be a clean and decent place to stay. This stay has started off a little differently. The room I was given, 181, is at the east end of the property facing the interstate highway, and the traffic noise is horrendous. It does not seem to have any sound insulation at all. The room at least appears to be clean, except for odd coloring on the comforter on the bed. The ceiling light fixture does not appear to work (despite the switch by the door). Of the three lamps attached to the walls, only one has a lampshade, and it is not made for the lamp to which it is attached. So it hangs crooked, no matter what you do. In the bath area, the tub has a constant drip, which cannot be corrected. The light over the tub also does not work. There is a desk/shelf, but no chair so it is impossible to use the desk for a computer laptop. The bed is too soft. On the plus side…The TV and heater work.

The staff were all very helpful whether it was 9 am or 9 pm . They had the ability to conduct their jobs with such professionalism yet you felt like you were at home. I will definitely come back.

Well first off no hot water,the first room they tried to put me in didn't even have a running shower.I brought it to the motels attention and they had a oh- well attitude.besides all that the location was great,and I'm greatful to have had a vacant room to stay in.

I've been here for over a week and each morning its a different employee who comes and cleans the room and each has been outstanding. I love being in the presence of such dedicated employees. Hats off to the employee trainer and Management for obviously taking the time to instill corporation Values into each employee.

Check in was good and then everything fell apart. there was no remote in our room. The young man who checked us in, was outside having a cigarette break, I asked for another bath towel and wash cloth and also a remote control. He told me that he would bring them to our room, he never did. The bed was terrible, impossible to sleep on can't ever explain who lumpy & broken it was. Bulbs were out. there was no extra lock on the door. I found a goat head in the sheets. The room was so beat up it looked like it hadn't been cleaned. sheets were stained. Some of the floor tiles were loose and caused some tripping. The room smelt like someone had been smoking in it, if not then it the smell was coming in from outside. the bathtub looked like it was had burned several marks with cigarettes Check out, there was no bell to get someone to help. Next to one side of the bed, there was a fridge being used as an end table. The fridge dept kicking on and off every few minutes. When the room was booked, they only had a couple of rooms left. We didn't move to another room because were probably would have been up on the second floor and being seniors that would have been too hard for us. The air conditioner was so noisy. there was good water pressure in the shower.

This place is super sketchy. I know a lot of Motel 6’s are but this one was especially so a lot of people living there a lot of drug out zombies walking around. Definitely didn’t feel safe. I would definitely skip this one next time. The staff was really nice and checking in and checking out was very easy. The rooms were not filthy, but definitely not clean. I keep on trucking down the road this one ain’t it

Last resort stay

Stayed during graduation time. I booked ahead so the rate was low compared to last minute rate of $200.00 which was ridiculous for a below par motel as this. The floor tiling was cracked, the wall lamps were loose, the towels were rough, stained and had splinters, the bed mattresses sunk in the middle and were very uncomfortable, the bathroom door was damaged from an animal scratching off the bottom layer of wood, the floors were sticky from their cleaning liquid, and overall it was a run down motel. The good: the staff was very friendly, the room had a small fridge, microwave and a working TV.

For starters I was welcomed by watching an argument between one of the tenants and a staff member or cleaning person, with the staff member walking off saying something to the extent they would "bust them right in the face" or something to that extent. I say tenant, because it seems many of the people that are staying here, actually live here. The yard area is pretty disgusting and unkept and many of the rooms have boards up in place of windows. Upon entering my room, I already see the burn holes in the sheets and the wall and a strong smell of cigarette smoke. I checked for bed bugs (I think I know how to check) but didn't see any indication of the that. The floors were also NOT carpet, which is nice, because I can wipe down with Clorox sanitizing wipes. You WILL want to do this here. The bed was super worn, but honestly, still better than sleeping on the super firm mattress in the back of my car. Tub was super worn, nasty cracks in the wall AND the towels were DIRTY! I mean obviously dirty, like that had literal dirt on them. Good grief man, it's like you can't even try to be this bad, somehow they achieve it. TV is a smaller 32", but had a remote with no batteries and no backing. Took up front for more batteries and she gave me another remote also with no back cover, but it did have batteries! Unfortunately it didn't work. I just used trusty Google and reprogrammed it to the TV. I had some valuables I did not feel comfortable leaving in the car
