"The staff were very attentive, welcoming and friendly. They had helped facilitate our laundry and shuttle needs. The room we were given for 4 people was very large! It felt like a whole house, it was roomy with good AC. This is a great place to stay for a great price. "

"It’s the warmth and friendliness of the staff that make the place stand out from others. The hotel itself is comfortable, food is good. The only cons I would say is the walk from the reception to your room. If it rains, the ground is slippery but they put a rubber rag to walk in. You only have to make sure to walk on it. All in all, our stay is one of the most comfortable places so far."

"Great property and amenities. I had issues with my safe not working and a constant beeping in my room and both issues were resolved promptly. I had water damage on my cell phone and they gave me a big box of rice for my phone after I told them what happened, no charge. The hot stone massage, manicure and pedicure were all fantastic. "Beautiful views, comfortable room and wonderful staff. They arranged a tour for us and renting scooters. They were all so helpful and friendly. Big and delicious breakfast. I would definitely return."

"Big room, nice pool, friendly staff, just a few minutes to walk to the „food street“ so just the normal noise from chicken/dogs and some cars driving by. They have to fix the sink in the bathroom and clean the fan but i can really recommend staying here "

"We had a great stay at charms hotel. The staff was super nice and helpful, even helped us to book the ferry and transports. The breakfast was also diverse and good, with fresh fruits and delicious pancakes/waffles. But also with a filipino touch :P The hotel is also close to the downtown with tricycle. Finally, the pool is super nice to have a relaxing time."

"Very nice hotel, good service with front desk helping us book/organise our island tour, car to airport, and tuk tuk into town. Room was clean, large and spacious and pool was nice during hot days. Breakfast buffet was great and the restaurant was a lovely place to watch sunset. Overall great stay."
