"Excellent location near the airport. Staff was friendly and helpful. Meals at the in house restaurant were good. The building is very dated and in need of renovation. The bathroom was so small that the sink had to be located in the closet on the other side of the entrance door. The door to the toilet/tub room had to swing outward where it either blocked the main entrance door or it extended into the sleeping area."

I assumed it was in the booking and got a rude call about having a pet in a non-pet friendly room, as if I would know which rooms are pet friendly. I asked if they wanted to change the room and they complained that they had no other rooms available, as if that was my fault. Another staff member, who met the dog, understood the mix up, and was completely okay with it. We won't...
