"Das Nuki-System an der Tür war nicht korrekt angebracht. Es war eher Glück, dass sich die Tür überhaupt öffnen ließ. Bei einem der Fernseher fehlte die Fernbedienung, sodass er nicht benutzt werden konnte. Im Badezimmer war die Nutzung des Föhns nahezu lebensgefährlich: Das Kabel war beschädigt, die Isolierung teilweise offen, und der Stecker hing lose aus der Wand. Top Lower Rhine Hotel Reviews

Premier Inn Düsseldorf City Friedrichstadt

10/10 Excellent

"We booked a premium room and we asked to be put in a room that over looks the train tracks at the back, the person on reception said no problem but when we got to room we were looking out the front. It's not a big deal but if no rooms available just say, don't lie"

Ruby Luna Hotel Dusseldorf by IHG

10/10 Excellent

"Well located, very modern and clean hotel. Perfect for a weekend with friends or as a couple. There’s a bar that’s open all night pretty much and restaurant during the day. Only thing I didn’t like was the check in process. They make you do it all yourself despite the front desk being fully staffed which didn’t make sense to me. I was asked to input information that they would have had from my booking so it was redundant"

Lindner Dusseldorf Seestern, Part of JdV by Hyatt

8/10 Good

"The most professional, kind, welcoming and helpful front desk staff I had over three week stay in Europe. We stayed in several hotels and met many customer service people . No where was as amazing as this hotel’s staff - very helpful, didn’t seem cranky about having to speak in English, and very accommodating."
