"I'm really upset and disappointed because the pictures shown in this app from this Hotel are NOT what my family and I found when we got there. I got 2 rooms (number 3 and 4) right next to the oficice . Both rooms were dirty and the whole property is DETERIORATED and not well maintained, The rooms smelled not good, the bathrooms were very dirty. My shower was not clean from the guests before me, glass doors and floors were dirty with hair and dirt.
Pool and pool area were disgusting as...
