"We were in West Yellowstone for just one night before visiting Yellowstone NP and the Yellowstone Lodge was an excellent choice. Nothing fancy but everything we needed. Nice clean room, convenient to walking around town and restaurants. Breakfast was good enough to get our day started."

"Rooms basic, clean and comfortable. A mini fridge would have been nice. Small complaint, coffee was never ready at 7:00AM as sign in the office indicated. The office was never opened till after 7:00, we walked around the corner to a coffee shop when we wanted an early start. Still excellent location, clean, very good value."

"The Starlite Yellowstone was very clean and the staff was great. Very close to the West entrance of the National Park which was sweet. The only 'knock' on the property was the small bathroom and no exhaust fan inside the bathroom. There was a note on the shower that the restroom door needs to be slightly open to prevent steam from a shower setting off the fire alarm. It was just my wife & I so not a big deal, but if you're with other family members, having the door open while taking a shower just doesn't seem right. Speaking of the fire alarm, very early on a Monday morning, we were awakened by the fire alarm because of a shower door not open by another guest so a little disappointed, they need to get that corrected. We were worried this was going to be an ongoing issue but there was only this single incident. Other than that, everything else was great. The restaurant with the property, Black Sheep, was good too."

"The room itself was a bit of a disappointment.....it grew on me. We had 2 Q beds and, when asked, I was told no rooms have a K bed. Staff were very welcome and made us feel at home."
