"In a great area and rooms/balcony were clean as advertised. WiFi worked great and the view from the balcony was beautiful. Staff were super friendly and helpful. My partner said breakfast was pretty good too. " It was a fully booked hotel but we were able to to find parking alright. The staff were very nice. However, our room had a very concerning odor, like must mixed with urine. The Door to our building had issues and sometimes would not open with our key card. The pancake machine and juice machine were not functioning properly. "

"The king room we booked had a bad A/C so they put us in a different room with two beds. The room was clean but we found a pair in socks between the beds. The mattress was very soft and not comfortable. Then the TV went out. I called now at 6 pm and the front desk lady said there was no one there to fix it. Said she didn't know anything about the TV just shut it off and wait to turn it back on. I asked what we were supposed to do if it didn't work and she just kept saying she was the only one...
