"Last minute stay in downtown beautiful Beaufort SC was not a disappointment. Our stay at The Loft was a pleasant surprise and experience. From the Exceptional hospitality at check in….the room was fresh, clean with an updated bathroom featuring a very large shower and modern soaking tub. A special surprise were the plush robes. The beds were very comfortable as well. The on site coffee shop that doubled as a bar was a treat as well! We would definitely recommend anyone who would like to be...

"Check in was great. Room 20 was special. The entire house consisted of 2 private bedrooms, a shared living room and kitchen. Very quiet and comfortable room. We can’t wait to return."

"This is a wonderful old home on the National Historic Register that has been converted into 5 really nice rooms. Our room was large and very clean on arrival. We did have some contact with staff and they were very prompt and helpful. The location is great being basically downtown and within walking distance to many attractions. Beaufort is a great town and this is a fantastic place to stay. You will not be disappointed. "

"Older property. Has alot of wear and tear i.e. furniture, fixtures etc.. Im a Harley rider prefer Motels. Didnt mind older more worn. Had a good bed and hot shower."
