"I liked the renovation of the property, it’s definitely much better than before. However, I was disappointed with the customer service from one of the ladies working in the lobby. She was abrupt and rude when we asked for additional towels and assistance.
I also preferred the old happy hour prior to the renovation. They used to serve wine, cheese, and crackers, which felt much more welcoming. Now they only offer beer and a very basic appetizer, plus they limit the number of drinks you can have....

"Absolutely love staying at the SurfClub in Dewey. Tremendous walkability to food or even up the shoreline to Rehobeth for boardwalk atmosphere. The only minor concern is parking which can be tight at times but once you park you can walk everywhere else."

"Bathroom was disgusting. Air conditioning was broken. Fridge didn’t work. Front desk attendant acted like she could have cared less. No communication from hotel about room concerns. Very disappointing experience. The only good thing about this place is it’s oceanfront."

"I loved this pet friendly hotel. The rooms were a nice size and looked like a "mini-suite". The price was great for a quick overnight stay. The breakfast choices were decent. WARNING: What you should know is that Dewey Beach is not like Rehoboth. Rehoboth is quiet, but Dewey is for partiers. This particular hotel was filled with college students who treated it like a dorm room. Screaming in the halls until 3am. There are loud clubs across the street.
