"Nadie nos explico que el hotel en la noche cierra sus puertas y que se necesitaba un codigo para entrar. En la habitacion solo habia 1 tomacorriente para cargar dispositivos electronics, cada vez que el.aire acondicionado se detenía, el techo del baño Drenaba agua, cae agua de las luces y corre por las paredes, despues de explicarlo en la recepcion, ni una disculpa."

"This is my 3rd booking time in this hotel. I like the cleaness, the care for their guests and it is also closer to the train station just 3 min walking not bad if you have baggages with you....not need to wait for a bus to bring you there. Just few minutes walking from the Saintuaire but if you want easy take the city bus that travels every 15m.happy to go there"

"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him.
