What a disappointment. We booked this hotel because of our Wyndham points but it was a huge mistake. The room was dirty, missing a light fixture by the desk area, a plastic bag over the smoke alarm, cigarette burns in the bathroom, glad we brought our own soap as usual, we tried turning on the air conditioner and a musty smell came out. I even took pictures. I took pictures because the room does not look like the photos on Expedia, no hangers, peeling wallpaper...again not what was advertised by the hotel. Ive been to 45 states and 11 different countries and this was the worst.

Tired, not updated, basic 1990’s hotel. Front desk lady was relatively efficient but seemed bored with her job and mumbled, which made it difficult to understand her questions.

Two years ago, this was a great budget friendly place to stay. This year however, the property has gone downhill. My first room had no fridge, phone, or alarm clock. The walls and sink were chipped. My 2nd room was better but even though the rooms itself were nonsmoking, the 1st floor and 3rd floor were permeated with the unmistakable smell of weed at night. The one elevator had not been inspected since 2020 and the digital floor pad was not working correctly. The hotel charged my card the morning before my check in time, charged my again at check in. All in all I had 3 charges for our stay, with 2 charges finally falling off my card the next week. Also, if you stay for more than one night, you will have to go to the front desk for a reactivation of key card each day as it will not work.

Gave me an already occupied room. I am glad the occupants had their chain put on. I had to go back and check with the receptionist. She changed the room. New room is not cleaned properly. Visible stains on the sink and hairs in the bath tub.

I have stayed at this location several times in the past however, each time I went it was worse than the time before. I keep hoping to see improvement since the area is a pretty nice area and close to some of the shopping, dining and some fun activities but it hasn’t. The place is reasonably price, but the cleanliness, smell, furniture and fixtures need some attention. But if you’re just looking for a place to lay your head for a brief period of time then it’s a good spot.

Average hotel. Seems a bit run down. Hotel staff was very nice and friendly and helpful. Nothing to do around the hotel…. 15 minutes from downtown. Said they cleaned the rooms every 2 days….. we stayed for a week and our room was only cleaned once. We ran out of towels and toilet paper, luckily the front desk promptly provided new ones. The “thank you” gift of the shot glass for the derby was a very nice gesture!!! Love it!

I think everyone was smoking in the rooms so my room smelt like cigarettes bad. The place is so beat up it’s nothing like the pictures. False advertising. The sheets and bedding did seem clean but the rest was less desirable.

Should update rooms my shower didn’t have proper, should have a slip guard on tub I slipped getting in the shower during stay, toilet seat peeling causing scratching and uncomfortable using, hallway smelled of urine offered to switch rooms gave #233 smelled of mildew, no closet door, so I kept original room which I thought would include at least a coffee maker overall it was just ok!!

The property was functional and the room was somewhat clean. Check in staff was not friendly or welcoming at all. Hotel was very run down and in need of repairs. Several places in our room had places that had been patched on the walls. No water pressure at all. we were on the 1st floor and was very loud until early morning hours.

Overall average stay was poor to fair. Breakfast was only from 7-9am. Limited breakfast during week vs the weekend (more breakfast items served on the weekend. Multiple stains noted on our bed sheets and when we requested for a replacement sheets my husband had to go downstairs to pick up the replacement sheets as they was only one person manning the front desk and no housekeeping. No tissue boxes to replace our empty box. Most concerning was the broken back door which allowed anyone to enter without a key card.

If you just need a no frills place to stay, this is it. Truly non smoking property. Room just big enough for bed, bathroom, tv and small fridge. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment on that. Overall good for the money.

1) I filled bath water & there were 4-5 disgusting 'floating things' in the water. 2) Toilet seat had 'delaminated' & was rough on my bottom. 3) 1 of 2 lights over the desk area was broken & the one that worked had a very low wattage bulb. 4) The edge-strip on the desk trim was coming off 5) There were 2-3 'wear-marks' in the carpet that were worn-off down to the matting showed white 6) 1 of 2 lights over the 'window shelf' was super-low wattage ..... possibly a 15w bulb that had ZERO light to the area below where we had our suitcases. *** The Quality level of this room was UNACCEPTABLE!
