Not good value for the money. You spend the money for the room but still pay $40 for parking, nearly $20 for high speed internet unless you’re a member, no breakfast included. The pool is kind of small for this size hotel and there’s a sign (presumably for liability) saying max occupancy is 5 swimmers. If you need to go to the convention center, the skywalk is nice to have but once you check out the key card won’t let you back into the hotel if you want a streamlined way of getting back to an elevator that takes you to the parking garage, so you have to go back outside and walk around. Employees will look you dead in the eye and not let you in even though you have a key card in your hand.
Our bathroom wasn’t very clean. There was a stain on the wall that could’ve been wiped off. There were black hairs at the bottom of the toilet and in the shower.
I got bumped up in status due to having a Marriott card which promises late checkout but they told me 1pm was pushing it due to needing to get a turnover. The housekeeping staff wasn’t aware of this and attempted to clean prior to our checkout. It took 2 attempts to get my mobile keycard activated, including an extra trip downstairs. I wouldn’t stay again.
