The room we stayed in was very clean and extremely roomy. We loved having the kitchen area as well as a living area. I would highly recommend this hotel and plan to use them again in the future.
Very good stay. Bedding and space comfortable. Could use some updating but is clean

For a Hilton property, we expected a bit more. The hotel itself was clean. Our room was a bit outdated, but clean overall and spacious. The breakfast area was a bit dirty & they were out of a lot of items. Most of the hot food was pre-packaged & microwaved before being set out. It wasn’t necessarily bad overall, just not up to normal Hilton expectations.
As usual enjoyed a Home2 stay. The room was comfortable and provided everything we needed. The only downside seemed to be the quality of breakfast food provided was much more poor than other Home2 stays.
We asked for a 1st floor room because of the airport. The planes can fly directly over the hotel. It's quieter at the bottom than the top floors. They actually have ear plugs available at the front desk. We were given a handicap room to use for 4 days but we're not handicap. Showering in a handicap bathroom in plain words suck. The couch in the room was very uncomfortable to sit on. The rooms are very large. Breakfast could be improved. Serving trays with eggs are cheap microwave. You have to run your bread 3 times thru the toaster oven to cook.
I would recommend regular door at bathrooms. Also cold water dispensers in lobby and breakfast cooked items should have better markings what is in them.
Great property with great staff. Our room was plenty big for the 5 of us and the kitchen was stocked with dishes and a full-size fridge. Breakfast was good with plenty of options and the pool was great for our kids (age 4, 6, and 7).
Sold out during our stay but staff did the best they could to keep things running smoothly. DJ provided exceptional customer service when I had some problems in the gym. We also needed a tv remote and the gentleman who helped us was extremely attentive and courteous.
The hotel was clean and modern. The front desk staff were friendly during the check in process. Our room was clean and we thought the beds were very comfortable. The rooms are spacious. Breakfast had a decent selection. There is also a 24/7 shuttle that we used once and the driver was very friendly!
Over crowded. Pool closed at 8, which is one reason I booked at this hotel. Breakfast line was like a buffet line. My family had to eat at an alternative place due to the lines.
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Heated pool. Extremely quiet (we didn’t realize how close the airport was until the next morning when the kids sat on the sidewalk counting the incoming flights and trying to touch them). Great breakfast offerings. Super spacious rooms. Freezer so we could take care of our diabetic care supplies and freezer packs (only hotel on our journey to have one — extremely thankful we had that opportunity when we did in the middle of our trip!). Our littles asked why we suddenly got to stay at a “fanciest” hotel (aka they were just as pleased as the adults).
We stay here often. It’s a nice hotel close to Kentucky Kingdom. Pleasant indoor pool. Large hot breakfast. Love that they have diary free milk options, but not a lot of dairy free food options. The room we stayed in this time was not as nice as previous trips there. Wallpaper was peeling and patched in the bathroom.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
My bath faucet was coming off. The wallpaper was coming off the wall and one of the shades were broke. The room was in awful condition. Shame on you for even putting someone in it.
