Bathroom sink would not drain properly. Smoke detector battery went out and started chirping at 1 a.m. Blood stain on comforter on day 2 - not ours. Room smelled musty/mildewed and HVAC unit was noisy and ineffective.

In 225 one of the toilet paper holders needs adjusting and the shower cutain is too short. One more set of towels would be nice. My stay was very quiet.

Not the cleanest place but not filthy either and the lobby and elevator smelled of mop water both days even though I didn’t see any wet floors. It was not pleasant. You should be able to walk in and smell that good “hotel smell” not a public washroom. Also, we were on 2nd floor and could easily hear the person walking around in the room above us.

The staff was absolutely amazing and understanding of our issues. When we brought it to their attention about the lighting and electrical issues in our room they stated the issue has been known for 10 days now. They were going to move us to another room but did not have anything to accommodate our needs. There were ants all over our room. Thankfully we really only used the room for sleeping so we didnt need to use lights or any plug ins. For the price we paid and the quality of the room, I feel robbed!

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was very clean and the staff was friendly. The only issue i had was the pool is older and needs some repair. It is also very small. Breakfast was amazing though!
