Great place dog friendly too !
It was very good friendly lady at the front desk ! Love it comfortable bed everything you needed for your stay clean towels great service they don’t have free breakfast at this hotel but there’s restaurants close by McDonald’s Coltons steakhouse a Walmart close by everything you need!

Excellent Stay at Candlewood Suites Radcliff
We were there due to a death in the family. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.

When i arrived to check in, they put us in a room with a queen size bed and i had a paid reservation for a king size bed. I did not receive a courtesy notification about this so we were kinda upset.

I booked a room online and when I arrived the hotel was fully booked. I asked for a copy of the cancellation(for reference) and the front desk attendee was VERY rude and said he “was not able to print a copy of the cancelation or a screen print” Unexceptable!

Loved this place! Amber and Wendy went out of their way to accommodate our special needs. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. The furniture and beds were super comfy and we never heard a sound from other guests. We'll be back!

Overall great stay. Only complaint is that the microwave was broken and the tv remote did not work with the cable box. Those are just minor things though.

Property was great, hotel was clean inside and out. The only issue I had was the room card reader was not working so I had to bother the front desk everytime I left my room to let me back in. They were as nice as could be about it.

I liked we were close to restaurants and neighborhood market. They were one of very few that took pets. They let us borrow some chairs so we could play cards.

large king sweet was awesome, had 4 foot tear along transition strip of living room rug leading into kitchen, why this is not repaired is inexcusable as it is obvious it has been getting larger by the month. Everything else was great, as nice and large of a king sweet you can find.

A wonderful visit. Our room was spotless, staff helpful and friendly. Went out of their way to accommodate my elderly parents. Updated room, all the conveniences of home. The beds!! So comfy.
