"The room and hotel general areas were clean when we arrived. We didn't using cleaning services the four nights we were there, but we did request more towels. We took advantage of the breakfast daily and thought the food was plentiful, hot, and tasty. While parking is not available on the premises, there is a parking garage next door where we had to park. We were given in/out privileges using a QR code that made it very convenient, and the daily parking charges were then applied to our hotel bill. Overall, we were happy with our stay and would return."

"The shade in our room was broken and the toilet seat was loose, BUT the front desk staff were very helpful in getting those items addressed. They were fixed by the next day. I wish the parking wasn't so expensive, but that seems to be the nature of downtown of Louisville."

"Front desk staff was very welcoming and helpful when needed. Room was very nice with plenty of space. The coffee bar was great with creamer and sleeves available. Pillows were not great, very flat, I'd suggest bringing your own if that's not the kind you like. Breakfast was a letdown, ended up with cereal and coffee."
