"This hotel sorely needs an update. The poor condition creates a terrible first impression, from the weedy lawn, the dead plants at the front door, the dirty entrance doors. We discussed leaving but persevered. The poor condition of furnishings continues to the room itself, soiled and very shabby chairs ( we wouldn’t sit in them), worn furniture with some missing handles, poor lighting. "Staff were nice but the room and hallways could be cleaner. Shower didn’t have good water temperature it was either cold or way too hot. Breakfast was okay but food and crumbs were all over the seats and counter top. It was also hard to find parking when we arrived."

"Clinton Pond B&B was a lovely place to stay and use as a home base for biking, hiking and beach hopping. The house is beautiful, and immaculately clean. The covered deck is especially beautiful, and a great place to take your coffee, or an end of the day drink.
