"I can’t comment on the hotel as I didn’t end up staying there due to booking the wrong place incidentally.
What I can comment on is the staff that was willingly happy to help correct the issue with Expedia.
This can happen to any of us at times, and as a world traveller, I can say this shows great integrity on behalf of the hotel.

"A lovely guesthouse a short drive from Daimiel. Lovely staff. Room was large, plenty of space. Nice to have car parking on site! Nice to have breakfast included. Toast,m with spreads, pastries, coffee and juice. Loads of space for kids to run around the grounds. Would definitely come back if in the area!"

"La chambre très bon, mais le balcon qui est très grand et bon, n'était pas propre. Les serviettes des bain manquaient, on a demandé à reception de nous les amener.
La télé pas bien fixé sur le mur.
Très bon petit déjeuner et le parking extérieur très bon."

"Me dejó un sabor agridulce que no estuviese abierto el bar de la piscina ya que por email me dijeron que le estaban poniendo a punto para este fin de semana que estuve.
Y, ya que no está abierto, prevenir en el bar que tengan vasos de plástico para llevar al césped.
Ya que cuando fui a pedir un par de cervezas me dijo la camarera que solo se puede llevar agua o café, porque los vasos de plástico están en el chiringuito de la piscina… un poco sabor agridulce.. por lo demás bien"

"We were welcomed by a very pleasant receptionist. She explained everything and gave us advice on visiting the town. The pool’s surface looked dirty, but to be honest, I didn’t examine it up close, and I never had any intention of swimming during our stay."
