"Only stayed 1 night as moving on elsewhere the following morning. We arrived late due to flight delay and unfortunately the man on reception didn't seem to have a clue what he was doing. We gave him a copy of the booking but all he could do was shake his head! He spoke no English and we spoke no Spanish. Fortunately another guest who was staying there did speak Spanish and explained to him. It then turned out he had the information he needed printed out in front of him with all our details. Thankfully he realised then and gave us the room key. It was a shame for him too as he was very confused. I do wonder what would have happened if the other guests hadn't stepped in and helped. We left the following morning and the lady on reception was lovely! Have stayed once before and had no problems. "

"Excellent Staff except for grumpy bartender at pool. We brought our own drinking cups but was forcing us to use the hotels plastic cups and pay 1€ deposit. Made no sense. Rooms need updating. Especially bathrooms but the beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean. We asked for a quiet room and they put us on the top floor - thank you. Food at restaurant for all inclusive was decent and there was variety everyday. Staff at the restaurant were excellent. Hotel located in good proximity to ocean and restaurants/bars but there is no good beach nearby."
