Evidently, an older gentleman owes it and the management is working with him to update. The unit is very spacious. Perfect for our two couple trip. Nice pool area. "It was beautiful! The view of the beach from my window was perfect. The condo is spacious and comfortable. The location is walking distance to restaurants and other stores. "

"Everything about this condo was exactly what I expected it was quiet and clean. My favorite part of the experience of my family’s six day stay was our oceanfront view from our bouncy. Waking up to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets every morning and evening. The only thing I didn’t like was that our bouncy door was broken but they had a repairman come and fix it, which I will let it slide.
