"I plan on returning. The hotel is nestled in the heart of San Jose, it's a huge property. I chose it for the decor/culture of Costa Rica. I swam in a pristine Olympic sized pool, I saw several iguanas, and I don't know how many bird species and in the ceiling of my room, what I thought was a mouse, was actually a bird nest with new hatchlings, which was a bit disturbing when I was sleeping. "Nous avons choisi cet hôtel pour sa proximité avec l’aéroport après un long vol. Tout était parfait. L’accueil a été excellent. La chambre est grande et propre. Le petit déjeuner local nous a mis dans l’ambiance. Ils nous ont recommandé un restaurant dans les alentours où nous avons pu goûté le jus de crapaud (ici c’est une plante 😄)."

"Everything was unique about the property. The animals, the pool, the rooms and common areas. Absolutely amazing and phenomenal. The drive to get there gets steep but once you have arrived, breathtaking."

"The property grounds are very well landscaped. The rooms were clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The pool area needs to be better maintained as the decking needs to be replaced before it collapses when someone walks on it. The rooms need updating. Once the new owners take possession, maybe hey will make the necessary improvements. We would love to return once upgrades have been completed. "

"We stayed here for 1 night before our early morning flight. Location was a few minutes away. Didn't spend much time in the room. We did appreciate the walkability to local restaurants. Felt like a real San Jose neighborhood, not a chain hotel. Service was attentive and checked in regularly to make sure all was good. Highly recommended."
