The hotel facilities and cleanliness are excellent. However, the service is lacking. Some of the managers are not very service-oriented and can be quite petty.

Krystal Grand Los Cabos - All inclusive
Service was quick and efficient; staff very friendly, professional and courteous; some sections of the hotel are undergoing renovations so it was a bit noisy in the mornings. Food was delicious. I would return.
