It was a very quiet comfortable hotel. The Staff were nice and very accomidating to the guest. You do have to share a kitchen and eating area, but I thought it was cool. I would stay there again.

Adorable!

Adorable little inn. We stayed for 2 nights for a fishing trip. Very clean, host was sweet and helpful, and walking distance to the marina and lots of restaurants. Very safe too!!

Mexican Inn was a very good value. A small hotel, and small rooms with a very nice center courtyard. Very clean and friendly. In a quiet neighborhood only a few blocks from the action. Like a step back in time. We would stay there again.

Staff was great. The rooms are very dated but clean. The bed was rock hard. The breakfast consisted of eggs , chorizo and fruit. No bread for toast. After day 1 we went down the street to Lolita’s for a wonderful meal. Good location but I wouldn’t stay here again.

A gem near the center of San Lucas

A small and charming place with a handful of rooms, and a lush courtyard. Centrally located but just off the main strip enough to be super quiet. Walking distance to numerous restaurants/shops, and the beach is about 15 min. (The marina is closer.) The rooms are not large, but they are kept spotless. Staff are helpful and accommodating. The mattress was a bit hard for my taste, but that's the only complaint! Highly recommended.

(7) 1 bed rooms and (2) 2 bed rooms I believe. We had one of each. The 1 bed rooms are inside the locked gate. Outside each room is the courtyard full of plants, a fountain and a nice palapa in which you can enjoy your free morning coffee. There is a community shared mini fridge and microwave. Our bed was hard, pillows comfortable, AC cold, water pressure perfect and water always hot, and Netflix on the TV. Room size is sufficient for 2 people. Our room was quiet. We didn’t hear anything at night. Slept well The 2 bed rooms are on the outside and are pretty big. My girls said it was loud at times during the night from the dogs and the other happenings nearby. Other than that, perfect for them 2. Downfall, no locked gate, but multiple locks Walkable. 5-10 min walk to any of our favorite spots. Sidewalks are tricky, but it is Cabo. We felt safe walking home at night. We will stay here again. Quiet quiet quiet

Awesome stay. Very clean. Good service. Very cute and fantastic location within blocks of downtown and marina. My only negative comment is there wasn’t really any hot water in the evenings, to get a hot shower I needed to take it in the day time. Otherwise highly recommended and I’d stay again.

The Mexican Inn is absolutely adorable place to stay in downtown Cabo San Lucas. So clean and quiet! Many authentic good restaurants in walking distance. Marina not too far. Alex at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. Made us feel very welcomed. Excellent customer service! Jovita cooked delicious breakfast for us. If you are looking quiet, clean, budget friendly place to stay in downtown area this is the place! Highly recommend!

accommodating staff, central location, affordable amenities. Great overall value. I had issues with multiple on site locks- my door handle needed replacement and died on my second attempt to reenter. Luckily it was daytime and onsite maintenance had it fixed quickly. Ill be back.
