This location was very convenient and nice for the price. The rooms were clean but the tv did not work. I was as fine without it. The bathrooms were interesting and I appreciated the modern updates.

A/C keeps shutting off, no hangers to hang coats, shower drain is clogged and flooded, TV remote does not work, no complimentary coffee or water, you have to walk 2 blocks to a Starbucks, and for food. We booked this place on an emergency. Would not recommend

I booked a room for just myself and was condescendingly questioned if I would be alone, despite clearly booking for one due to no guests being allowed, which I had already specified. This occurred after I explained that I was seeking accommodation because my apartment had flooded. The noise from other guests was intolerable, with loud intimate noises and arguments from the adjacent room until 3 a.m. To further complicate matters, the hotel staff removed $60 worth of my personal items, including toiletries, from my room without notifying me, citing a plumbing issue as the reason. This discovery was made only after my keycard stopped working and I inquired about it. When I questioned the lack of communication before disposing of my belongings, the response was dismissively inconsiderate. This incident made me reluctant to leave any items in my room. As a gesture, I was provided with two small travel-sized body washes and shampoos, but my bed remained unmade. Additionally, the shower door malfunctioned, failing to close properly and posing a safety risk. After booking for just two nights, I eagerly anticipated my departure. The unauthorized entry into my room and removal of my belongings were unacceptable. This was, without a doubt, my worst hotel experience. I recommend others to avoid this hotel. Considering my emergency situation due to the flood, retrospectively, sleeping in my car might have been a better option.

Grossest place I have EVER stayed. Dirt everywhere, sticky floors, no bedding and a spider on the bed, plugged drain, painters tape on the blinds and a note that said don’t open them..looks like someone let their dog run all over everything.

Paper Thin Walls!!!!!
No wonder its non-refundable. Once you get there you will try to run away. Folks, always google map check the hotel and surrounding areas. Lesson learned. As we walked into the hotel the first thing we noticed was the blue painters tape on the white shutters with "Do not open" labels. The description of the hotel list newly renovated and soundproof. The renovation was lipstick on a pig. Soundproof walls...they were paper thin! We could hear our neighbors conversations clearly through the walls. We heard every time a door was opened, closed, eveytime the water was turned on, and off, every step that was taken...everything! Could not sleep from all the noise. When we would open the mini fridge door for our water bottles the door literally fell off. You had to hook it back on to close it. Then to top it all off we were 10 mins late for check out and the front desk kept calling urging us that it was time for check out. I wish I had taken pictures to post because this place was definitely not worth the money and we will never stay there again.

It was so noisy, we heard next room tv until 4:00 am... imposible to have a good night. No microwave or coffee maker, and the refrigerator was dirty.

My siblings and I stayed here for a night after attending the Blackpink concert in LA. The info for the hotel didn’t have info for after midnight check ins and don't answer the phone. The room was nice and looked newly updated, aside from a broken mini fridge, leaky doors for the shower and windows that had "do not open blinds" taped on it. The hotel had a parking lot only big enough for about 3 cars and wasn't in the nicest of areas but you get your moneys worth. Overall, probably wouldn’t stay there again or for anything longer than an overnight stay but it was okay for what we needed.

Low end hotel. Friendly desk clerk. Comfortable bed and A/C system, but scarce on soap, very little toilet paper, thin towels. No grab bars in the shower. One ceiling light and two small bed reading lights. Tight parking. If you stay here, bring your own soap, conditioner, toilet paper, and towels. I do not recommend this hotel and don't plan to stay here again.

The woman on duty was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The A/C worked well. Large shower with lots of hot water. However, the room was bare bones. Grey walls, stark, no reading chair, one overhead light, tiny reading lights on each bedside. One used tiny sliver of soap, 1/3 roll of toilet paper with no spare, thin towels and wash cloths. Good shower, but it leaked lots of water onto the bathroom floor. No safety grips in shower or bath. No towel racks. Tiny packets of conditioner. Strange message to not open window blinds. Limited parking. I recommend you bring your own towels, washcloth, soap, conditioner. I do not recommend this hotel unless you really need something bare bones.

Bathroom is good/new. Rest is meh
The bathroom was great, clearly newly renovated. The room though wasn’t great. The walls were filthy and had holes. Beds were decent. Air conditioner couldn’t really keep up with LA heat. Parking is available but it’s tight Definitely no frills but you can sleep and take a good shower and the location is good.

I stayed in room 103. Bed was comfortable. Wall paint a bit run down. Shower and amenities are good. Noise level was a bit noisy around the rooms. If you’re just staying the night, it’s ok for money paid. It’s convenient. Customer service was really good, nice family runs place. I read bad review but still decided to try it out. I would give it 4 out of 5 due to noise level and a bit run down paint.

When I checked in they asked me to upgrade for more money to another room because they had double booked the room I had booked. When I said I wasn't going to pay more money for their mistake they had me check into one room and then moved me the next day to another room. They also charged me an extra property fee when I got there of $12.50 per night even though I had paid a "property fee" through Expedia.

Hotels.com needs to drop this property!
Hair on bed. Smoke alarm pulled out of ceiling and was in drawer. Bed sheets were dusty. And possibly has bed bugs due to my wife’s bites. Rats or mice nesting in the couch bed where my kids were sleeping! Not a care in the world from the front seat attendant about the rodents, which mind you is an easy fix since they are in couch.
Did someone do a seance on this end table?? Looks like melted wax
