Shuttlebus from airport disappointing. Driver didn't indicate verbally when he got to the hotel and only told passengers when they had got to the stop after (a car park) so had to return to hotel to drop us off. Mentioned to hotel receptionist.

The property is very nice but be aware you will be charged $300 at check-in also my whole stay the WiFi and tv did not work so both of those things were very disappointing

Hotel was well presented & the rooms comfortable. Had dinner in the restaurant. Limited choice but good quality & good service. Biggest issue was the $300 deposit taken for a 1night stay . It takes up to 7 days for those funds to be released . It’s an excessive deposit by the hotel for incidentals & out of proportion to the room rate

Check in was quick and efficient. L I liked the lights which you can illuminate outside the door to say do not disturb or mKe up room. Breakfast was good and very friendly staff. Overall a very good airport hotel as they go.

Everything about the hotel was good, the room is great, the gym, restaurant was fine. The only thing was how I was greeted at reception. It wasn't pleasant or welcoming to say the least. There were 2 receptionists at the desk, one was definitely not as friendly (maybe just that day) as the other. Also, neither of our key cards worked with the room initially, so we had to get that fixed.

Decent but dated
After many stays at Hampton Inns, I was surprised how dated this hotel was. No refrigerator in room. Room smaller than many of the newer facilities. Sheets did not fit properly on king sized bed and were incredibly wrinkled making me wonder if they were fresh. Overall it was clean with a comfortable bed, but needs a face lift.

Nice Hotel But Noisy
Overall, the hotel was clean, convenient but not easy to get to. It took me a few times to find the entry, but once I did, it was pretty easy. The hotel is located near the airport and a busy street, so not very quiet. Overall, not a bad place to stay a night or 2.
