"Extremely convenient location."

"The location and layout are great - right on the water, with a walking path along it and lots of outdoor seating. The pool is also great - bigger than many hotel pools, and with lots of chaise lounges. Our room, however, was very rundown and dirty. The floorboards were warped, there were spider webs on the bathroom ceiling, and the plug-in for the coffee maker had a web of dust all over it. The bathroom generally was old and rundown. By the time I realized all of this, we had already unpacked, so I didn't want to ask to move. In addition, they informed me when we checked in that the restaurant was being remodeled, so they had limited service and only outdoor seating. We were counting of the restaurant because we didn't want to go out to find meals elsewhere, but it was too cold to sit outside. So that was a disappointment. The fire pits that they touted were always occupied by other guests while we were there, but they looked cozy. They need to get more of them so that all guests have the opportunity to use them. One of the buildings is under renovation, so I hope the building we stayed in will get renovated soon too. If so, and if the restaurants are open, this would be a great place to stay."

"Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly. Waited until last day to sit in the hot tub, but they had it closed for maintenance. Quick and easy to get to Universal by way of a free shuttle. "

"We stayed at this motel 6 for 7days upon arrival the motel looked decent when we entered the lobby the seating area were dirty the sofas were disgusting and the whole building had a weird smell. We checked in got our room halls and the rooms had the same weird smell the next day we asked front staff if we can get our room cleaned they told us they clean the room after 4 days and we said ok then when we got back to the room they had made the bed and fresh towels and same thing the next day cleaned our room so in total they cleaned our room two days in a row and didn’t clean the room for the rest of the stay which was about five days and didn’t change the bed sheets and we had to go down to the reception to get towels for 5 days. And top that they charge for parking which is 20 dollars per days for parking. "
