Checking in and out was super easy. The breakfast service was also great, there was many fresh options to choose from. I love the cozy room, the dimmable lights and the "save the environment" button at my door that turns everything off as I leave. The gym was also clean. I would definitely go back and recommend this place to anybody.

It was a really nice spot. Althiugh small... the room was really nice. Clean, quiet, convenient location. I would definitely book again and recommend.

Didn't expect the modern sheik look but it was nice. Staff was nice and rooms were clean and quiet. However, NO ICE!! Nothing to put ice in if you brought your ice from the store. Stated that you can go to the bar and get ice. What do you have in your room that you can put the ice in? I liked my time there and would recomend it to others for consideration if staying in LA.

The app didn’t work. The ipad in the room didn’t work the tv. It’s ok to try and be trendy and stuff but you should probably make sure your technical stuff is dialed in if your whole stay is going to be reliant on it.

Very nice new bldg Rooms are very small but modern Pillows are too big give u a neck ache no normal ones available Scrambled eggs everyday for breakfast No upper sheet on bed so its questionable if comforter is cleaned after ea use ???? No micro in room small drawer called fridge was useless

CitizenM is unlike any hotel we have ever stayed it. While many would find the rooms to be exceptionally small, the room is so well designed, that this feature wasn't an issue for us. The room has the MOST comfortable bed, and an ipad for all the technology -- including setting different lights and moods in the room. The lobby of the hotel is what makes it very special, where there are endless lounge chairs surrounded by artsy decor. Enough to make any guest feel like they are staying at the hippest place in town. The staff were super friendly. I would enjoy coming back here and staying at another CitizenM again.

Enjoyed the hotel, the staff, the ambiance, parking, and it's location to get to major tourist areas within a reasonable time. Yet, lots of homeless in the area, and the local stores had an excessive amount of security which heightens the level of discomfort in shopping local retailers. Nothing that affects the hotel for I will highly visit it and other locations again, yet the neighborhood wasn't not welcoming for my for visit in L.A.
