There was terrible service and the room had no grab bars in the shower to prevent falls. Also, the parking lot was unsecured and we spotted a homeless man walking amongst the cars.

Poor stay over all. The front desk was absolutely no help. Wifi didn’t work and lift was not working. Could hear everything from the street through the closed window. We won’t be back

Staff very unprofessional and unhelpful. Rooms are disgustingly dirty, my room had all countertops filthy with hair in towels and on counters, I asked for someone to come clean or a manager and was told there was nothing they could do. They have 2 maids and 14 rooms so they’ll try and clean it . Never again! Lesson learned always check reviews !

Where to start? Filthy dirty gross. No shower door, the cupboard where you could hang clothes (not a hook to be found) wouldn’t open, someone else’s food and drink in the fridge, pool wasn’t open, elevator didn’t work, ripped bed comforter with the stuffing coming out. No cushions in the patio area to sit. Two bath towels for three people. No face or hand towels in the room. The highlight was taking a shower with worms. So gross. Highlight - 13 minute walk to Hollywood BlVd. Don’t stay here - even on a dare!!

The property looked nothing like the pictures. It was very ghetto and dirty. The room was missing shower door the bath shower was gross . The rooms never got taken care of. When I called about the trash not being removed they told me trash was my responsibility their works don’t take out trash.

Property was damaged and the room was not as clean as should be. Some sort of food products or sauce was visible and still in a gelatinase form still stick to the touch. Bathroom had nail clipings the lamp shade had strings of hair. the room was very warned down look, i underhand that the location is for the city and easy to HW and not the hotel but man it was hard to feel good while sleeping.

They have an $18 dollar service fee A $20 dollar parking fee. I was charged the total amount by expedia and then charged 138.30 by the hotel. Everytime I called regarding the $100.00 dollar deposit return no one answered.
