Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn
Clean room, friendly staff and easy to locate and find parking for the rental car. Parking price is not too bad compare to similar hotels in the area. Most important, just a 10-15min walk to Disney. Great free breakfast, rotates everyday, keeping things fresh for the kids.

Hilton Anaheim
Not family friendly, way to busy elevators full lobby are way to crowded with too many people just hanging out on laptops and bar, long hallways took forever to get from elevator to your room had to pass 2 to 3 different hallways. At night you can hear everyone outside.
