"Good location in Hollywood - and yet feels peaceful. F&B offering good , though queues for coffee shop can be long and food service can be slow if kitchen is busy. Bar is nice and space is big and doesn’t feel crowded. Rooms very nice .. maybe a little dated with their controls of all things from switches around the room that are labelled too small. Watch out !!!! For the additional resort fee charged per day… it’s expensive"

"We found bugs in our room and the smell of mold was really strong. Came here with my cousin and his room was filthy towels still had blood on them weren’t cleaned properly. Staff weren’t helpful asked for a refund for the state of the room but told us to asked third party for refund which they later refused when third party reached out to them. Don’t recommend this place"

"Check in and out was seemless, Our room was ready upon artival, beautiful, big, open, with a lovely balcony overlooking the pool. Super quiet with a comfortable bed! Highly recommend and we would gladly book again!"
