"My boyfriend and I recently visited here for a quick two-night getaway. The property is immaculately well kept and tidy. The pool area never felt crowded or loud. Absolutely chill vibes all around. We had drinks at the bar and pool both days we were there as well as dining in one evening. At all times, we received amazing service. The rooms are, as others have noted, snug! We didn't mind in the least. I will definitely be putting this place into my future rotation."

"The resort is maintained well with the dedicated work of housekeeping who I often observed cleaning and picking up empty drinks. I didn't have any complaints. The check-in process was quick and painless. The food was also tasty...I highly recommend the wings at the sports bar."

"The room was clean and the wifi worked very well as did the a/c. The TV did not have any local channels which I didn't like because I like to know how the weather will be as well as current events in the area. Overall I would stay at this property again."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The property and Inn were very clean and seemed fairly new. We felt it was very reasonably priced. They had a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine and treats in the room free of charge. Nice touch. The bar/wine room was very nice. They had an amazing food truck on premises and was very good and liked by locals also. The staff was very nice and helpful. They had a nice set-up for breakfast with fresh coffee, pastries and bagels."

"Clean and functional room with comfy bed & pillows, helpful staff, welcome gift of bakery cookies, the breakfast was from Olsens bakery across the street and was generous and absolutely phenomenal. The also let us have the convenience of 1st floor room. Not fancy but clean and an excellent value. We would come back in a heartbeat!"

"Had a terrible stay but the supervisor took care of the problems when we checked out. We had stayed at the hotel before without an issue but daytime staff this time was not very helpful which made our stay uncomfortable. We do praise the supervisor as he checked out our complaints and made a satisfactory response to our stay."

"We loved our stay at the Winston, as did our dog Mocha. Even though there was is no staff permanently at the hotel, whenever we did cross paths with them, they were very helpful. One of them was so kind as to put their employee microwave out for us so that we could warm up our dogs food. the room was larger than we expected and was absolutely beautiful. Parking was easy and check in was as well once we figured it out. Will stay again!"

"A beautiful cozy little piece of heaven. Getting to wake up to the birds singing, water bouncing into the pond, while being surrounded by a garden of green damn near out of a movie . Check in was extremely quick and easy. Thank you for having us and definitely recommend to anyone tryin to get away and rejuvenate the mind !"

"It was a comfortable stay. Nice bedding. Very clean. Only disappointment was outdated TV with only cable TV available. Solvang shuts down very early. It would be a very inexpensive fix to provide smart TVs in 2026 to guest. Besides that, very nice"
