"Very friendly staff and breakfast had good selection! We had a flight at 7 and had to leave the hotel at 5am. We thought there was going to be no staff but luckily a guy was there to help us and had called us a taxi that arrived in 2 minutes. Room was nice and always cleaned everyday. We were left with cookies :)"

"Absolutely loved our stay here. Very safe walk to downtown Florence, approx 25 min walk along the river. They also offer free shuttle service which is nice. Great spa with included access to indoor heated pool, sauna, and steam room. Highly recommend."

"Fantastic hotel, awesome staff, great breakfast and located about a 20 minute walk to central Florence along the river. The also offer a complimentary daily happy hour with drinks and snacks. Our room was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. Also the lady that works breakfast and the 2 ladies who work the front desk at night were outstanding. "

"We enjoyed our stay in our bungalow. The room was very clean and the staff were attentive. We would definitely stay here again. The only thing we didnt like was the bus route. We didn’t remove a star since it wasn’t the hotel fault, but it wasn’t reliable nor frequent."

"Beautiful villa, relaxing with fantastic breakfast and dinner options. The staff were very accommodating. While children are allowed at the hotel, it’s really for adults only. If you want to leave the villa the staff will order a taxi for you. Round trip was 90 euros. Do bring a swim suit as the outdoor pool is heated. We had a private wine tasting one evening, in their 800 year old wine cellar. Dinner was one of the best meals we have had while traveling in Italy."
