Check-in happens at a coffee shop outside Ploce Gate, so be prepared to walk 8 mins to the hotel. Fairly easy walk, but cobbled streets. Inside, the property, rooms and decorations are immaculate and beautiful. No elevator, so a fair bit of stair climbing. "The Chill-Out apartment was perfect for a one night stay while visiting Dubrovnik. The team was very responsive and helpful as we tried to drive into the area and find the apartment. Note: The Expedia listing says there is parking, but they have very limited parking. You must reach out to them to see if it's open BEFORE you reserve or you'll end up with no parking. "This boutique hotel was the perfect place to stay for my Old City Dubrovnik visit! The staff are pleasant and helpful and the room was fantastic. "The staff was very helpful, the room was clean and well appointed but the best part was the location. My only advice would be that if you have a large suitcase to enter through the Pile Gate and not the Buza Gate. It’s easier to walk a little farther than to go up and down the stairs near Buza. Fantastic stay! "
