Didn't stay there due to healthy issue. We visited Cummings Highlands a week before the booking to tell the owners about our cancellation. They had no record of our stay. So I was not impressed , especially after trying to negotiate a 1 night stay in liu of our cancellation. Overall unsatisfactory dealing with your company. You and the business owners of Cummings Highlandsgot your money for which we received nothing in return. Would not us your booking company again

Hello, We are sorry that you were not satisfied with your booking. Upon speaking with you, and your family poolside in great depths, we checked our booking records to confirm that we had NO reservation for you in any of the 7 online agencies we work with. You also mentioned that when you arrived at your first hotel booking on another date, they too lost your reservation. You then asked if you could change your reservation date(even though we had no conformation) without penalty. I advised you, that had we received the booking , and then on the date of arrival ask to have the dates changed you would then forgo the rental entirely and have to re-book again, and of course have to pay again. You advised you had paid by credit card, however we only accept cash upon arrival of the booking. We suggested to you that perhaps there was an error in the booking agency you used, and thus contact them to rectify the issue, getting a refund for your booking. Only to then complain how that would take to long, insisted to have the room. I asked if you could show us something with your reservation number, or conformation email that you had paid, you couldn't produce that for us. You said you forgot it. I advised we have free WIFI but didn't want to utilize it. You didn't know the rate you paid for the cottage, or that we had charge for extra guests over 2. Lastly, you asked if you could re book the room again, and have us wait for the payment from the booking agency from your initial booking. (even though we explained to you several times we had no booking at all).I advised if you wanted the room it was available, but we would charge accordingly.I hope you were able to get a refund. I will happily contact whatever agency you booked with to assist in that issue. Thank You. I feel we were accommodating and very professional in our conduct to your situation.
