Room was clean and staff were friendly. The rooms need to be updated for the price of the room. The bed was kind of hard. Another disappointment was the pool was out of order. For $174 the hotel was definitely not worth the price.

Not comfy but clean

The room was clean, but the beds were not comfortable. They were humped in the middle of the mattress and it made you feel as though you were going to fall off the bed. Customer service was excellent.

Location was good. Ihop next door was convenient. It appeared our room had not been vacuumed since there was trash on the floor upon arrival. All other was clean and neat. The room was dated with old furnishings, the switch plate covers were yellowed. Upon arrival their system was down, we never had a key to our room so we were afraid to leave once there.

It was ok

The hotel was clean and updated but we arrived late to check in. The hotel employee did not get off of her personal phone call to check us in. The room was updated and clean but as I sat on the mattress it’s like it was tilted. I had to sleep on the side closest to wall so it didn’t feel like I was going to roll out. Not sure what would cause the tilt. Breakfast was good.

It’s okay for 1 night. The breakfast is good. The staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are very dated, stains on carpet, curtains, rusty areas, and it doesn’t appear the rooms are well maintained or throughly cleaned. This property is below the Marriott standard rooms.

I room had a lot of Asian Lady Beetles. In two clusters above the right side of curtains and one above the desk and it was nasty. We stayed out of the room as much as possible. The times I went to the front desk at night no one was at the desk. They were staying warm as we checked online why they are in clusters. Please contact me ASAP if you would like me to ever stay at one of your hotels. Nasty. And the sheets were too tight for the mattress and would stay on as they seemed too small for the mattress. And the counter space was non existent.

It was convenient to location of the activities I was in town for. Some of the towels were spotty with stains and looked dirty. I put on brand new white footies to walk in the first night and when I pulled them off the bottom of them was brown—-so that showed us the carpet was filthy. The hallway and entrance on the first floor looked filthy and worn. If I pay the amount I paid for a hotel I expect it to be worth it and this one definitely wasn’t.
