Because the cabin I booked was unavailable, I got upgraded to a better cabin. The park is in a fairly good location. Its a bit of a walk into the town centre but its closer to attractions like the QANTAS Founders Museum and the Stockman's Hall of Fame.
The cabin I was upgraded to was self-contained, clean, comfortable, with a modern shower and kitchen. It is a large park though, so for some other guests it may be a bit of distance to use the communal activities.
There is also the added attraction of Kangaroos and various birds on the campsite. One of the nights I was there there was a big storm which blew the porch chairs and anything that wasn't fastened down around. However early next morning, the staff and cleaned everything up and it appeared nothing had happened!
A well run park with plenty of space. Our room was very small but clean. Bedding and linen were fine - okay for a brief stay but not recommended for a longer period.
Close to the QANTAS Museum (walkable) and the Stockman Hall of Fame.
Great staff, changed our booking without any issues.
The online description of the Ringers Wuarters didn’t indicate the bathroom was shared.
Cabin was perfect for our stay.
Quiet, not too far out.
Well never judge a book by it cover is the saying. We stayed in the Ringer Quaters, bed was great and it was easy to walk across the road to the woolshed for dinner.
Be aware. Ringers Quarters is shared bathroom which it doesn't state on the listing. The bed was uncomfortable 2 singles pushed together and the room was tiny. 154 dollars a night way overpriced. Wouldn't recommend staying here.
