"Although the hotel looked nice, the staff was not very helpful and there was no customer service. At check in, with no other guests, we were told to use a machine. Over the next few days, everyone used the front desk. When we told the front desk that someone vacuumed in front of our room very early and woke us up, they nicely sent us a card that gave us a 3 hour late check out, and free coffee and pastries from the lobby. When we returned from breakfast, we were locked out of our room and even the elevators. After the keycard was updated, we got our luggage to leave. We went down to get the free items, but the lobby was empty and no one was working the coffee cart. Again we had to find an employee. So the room was fine, but there was no personality, or customer care. Personally I would not stay there again."

"Perfect Hotel in a great location to all amenities which are walkable. Very friendly & helpful staff in all areas of this hotel; bright, spacious Breakfast room; cosy, classy Restaurant for dinner; bus to airport right around the corner; River Liffy 1 block away; after getting off the elevater there may be a couple of steps along the corridors to rooms of the upper floors so inform staff if accessable room is needed. Would definitely stay again."

"The hotel was in a decent location. The staff were friendly and helpful. I appreciated the free luggage storage. The kitchen area was nice, but small, didn’t have an oven but did have a microwave and a stovetop and a casserole dish and stainless steel pans. The beds were comfortable."
