"Bought a room for my mom's 65th Birthday. It was perfect. Easy entry, clean, warm welcoming rooms, all one level, and quiet. It's only a few miles from downtown Newberry and has gas stations down the street. The beds were comfy and had great sleep. I picked this location since it's pretty center of the UP for all the main things to do. Whitefish, Tahquamenon falls, Mackinaw Island . Peaceful, quiet, and clean"

"It was very clean, beautiful, and nice. The decorations looked very cool and had a good theme. The shower was very nice it had good water pressure. The person who checked us in, Ronn was super nice and helpful. They had a campfire at night with s'mores which was cool. The bed is one of the nicer beds I’ve slept in at motels and hotels. There were breakfast items in the check in room, the fruit looked fresh and was cold and they had coffee and granola bars. The people who stayed there seemed very friendly. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had!"

"Clean room, helpful staff, good breakfast. Bathroom was small but remodeled. Staff had chocolate chip cookies and popcorn at night available. Would stay there again."

"Staff are available by phone and always call you back if they are on phone. Room 15 had a great shower. Room 22 has large frig. Beds very comfy. No breakfast but restaurants close by. Pet friendly at 30 dollars per stay."
